Ingredients:

6 Avocado, Ripe (soft but not mushy)

2 Small Ripe Tomatoes, coarsely chopped

1Small Red Onion, finely chopped

1clove garlic, finely chopped

1 Tbs Fresh Cilantro, Chopped

2 Tbs Fresh squeezed lime juice

2 dash Cayenne pepper

2 tsp Salt

Directions:

Cut open avocado lengthwise with sharp knife, remove pit and scoop out with a spoon into bowl. Add the tomatoes, onion and garlic. Mash all with a fork until lumpy. Add lime juice, pepper and salt and mash more so there are no big chunks of avocado but still chunky. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Don't make too far in advance or it will turn brown.
