Ingredients:

3 Packages of chopped frozen broccoli (Birds eye is best & only use chopped & not spears)

½ cup Butter

4 Tbl Flour

1 ½ tsp Chicken Granulated Bouillon

2 Cup Milk

2/3 Cup Water

6 Tbl Butter

2/3 Small Pack of stuffing mix

2/3 Cup Chopped Walnuts

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350 ‘F. Cook the frozen broccoli and drain well. Put in a greased, flat baking dish. In sauce pan melt ½ cup (1 stick) of butter and then blend in flour and chicken bouillon. Keep mixing as you add the 2 cups of milk so that the sauce thickens. Once the sauce is thick and creamy pour over the broccoli. In another saucepan heat 2/3 cup water and 6 Tbl of butter. Add the stuffing mix and nuts. Do not add “all” of the stuffing mix. Eyeball it so that the mixture doesn’t get too dry. Sprinkle topping over broccoli mixture. Bake at 350 ‘F for 30 minutes. Should be bubbling
