Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

3 Large Baking Potatoes, Cut Into Large Chunks (Peeled or Unpeeled depending on preference)

4 Garlic Cloves, Unpeeled

Salt and Black Pepper

2/3 Cup Milk (Crocker Uses 1%)

4 Tbl Butter (softened)

Directions:

Cook the Potatoes and whole garlic cloves (unpeeled) in boiling salted water for 20-30 minutes until tender. Drain Thoroughly. Pick out the garlic gloves and peel. Return the Potatoes and Garlic to the saucepan and mash to desired consistency. Add the Butter and Milk. Mix everything together with an electric beater at low to medium speed. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
