Alison’s Meatballs

Ingredients

1 ½ lbs Ground Beef (You Can Substitute Ground Turkey If Desired)

1 lbs Ground Pork

¾ cup Italian bread crumbs

¾ cup Grated parmesan & Romano cheese

1 Tbs Chopped Parsley

½ tsp Black pepper

½ tsp Salt

1 Tbs Minced Garlic

2 eggs, beaten

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together with your hand until well blended. Moisten hands. Roll into 1 inch meatballs and place on greased (spray with PAM) baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes (10 minutes then flip meatballs for last 10 minutes). Note: The baking time is approximate. Use a meat thermometer to make sure the meat is cooked to 165 degrees F. Place meatballs into pot of sauce of your liking.
