Alison’s Polenta Croutons

Ingredients:
1 Package Polenta
1 “sprinkle” Parmesan Cheese
“sprinkle” Sea Salt
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees. Slice polenta into 1/2 inch rounds, then cut into cubes. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, spray with Pam Spray. Put Polenta croutons on aluminum foil, spray croutons with pam spray, sprinkle with sea salt. Then sprinkle with parmesan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping half way through.
Let cool so they crisp up Put the Croutons in a Salad or some other non-Crocker-approved dish
